Der Sommer steht vor der T\u00fcr und Du f\u00fchlst Dich noch nicht wohl in Deinem K\u00f6rper. Aber meistens fehlen nur ein paar Kilos. Mit der Low Carb Di\u00e4t kannst Du zwei bis drei Kilo in nur ein paar Tagen abnehmen.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Aber wie funktioniert das?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Du musst Deine Ern\u00e4hrung leider etwas eingrenzen, was aber zu erwarten ist. Wie der Name schon sagt, reduzierst Du die Aufnahme von Kohlenhydraten. Das bedeutet, dass Du Lebensmittel wie Nudeln oder Vollkornprodukte lieber aus Deinem Essensplan streichen solltest. Aber wieso ausgerechnet Kohlenhydrate? Durch Kohlenhydrate kommt es wesentlich einfacher zu Wasseransammlungen im K\u00f6rper. L\u00e4sst Du die Kohlenhydrate weg, l\u00f6sen sich diese Ansammlungen. Das sind die ersten Kilos, die purzeln werden.<\/p>\n<p>Zu der Ern\u00e4hrung kommt noch das regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Sporttreiben. Dadurch, dass der K\u00f6rper dann keine Kohlenhydrate zum Verwerten finden kann, wird zuerst das Fettgewebe abgebaut. Das bedeutet allerdings: Die Low Carb Di\u00e4t muss l\u00e4ngerfristig befolgt werden. Ansonsten ist der Jojo Effekt schneller da, als Dir lieb ist. Du musst Dir auf jeden Fall bewusst machen, dass Du Deinen K\u00f6rper unter eine Mangelern\u00e4hrung setzt. Du ersetzt die fehlenden Kohlenhydrate n\u00e4mlich durch Fett, welches der K\u00f6rper direkt wieder bei sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten abbaut. Der K\u00f6rper gew\u00f6hnt sich nach einer gewissen Zeit daran direkt das Fettgewebe abzubauen, weshalb die Kohlenhydrate \u2013 sobald Du sie wieder zu Dir nimmst \u2013 viel gr\u00f6\u00dfere Wassereinlagerungen herbeif\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Ersten Phase der Low Carb Di\u00e4t verlierst Du also haupts\u00e4chlich Wassergewicht, was sich allerdings auch am K\u00f6rper und dem Spiegelbild zeigen wird. Am wichtigsten ist aber, dass es Dir gut geht und Du Dich wohl f\u00fchlst. Durch die Low Carb Di\u00e4t wird Dein K\u00f6rper zudem noch gereinigt.
