Es k\u00f6nnen viele verschiedene Sorten ausprobiert werden, die es nicht in jeder Eisdiele gibt. Ob als Nachspeise oder zum Kaffee, Eis passt immer! Und wer kennt es nicht auch, man hat Lust auf ein Eis aber es befindet sich keins in dem Gefrierschrank? Daf\u00fcr haben wir f\u00fcr Dich die perfekte L\u00f6sung: Eis selber machen!<\/h2>\n

Eis kann mit oder ohne Eismaschine hergestellt werden<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ohne Eismaschine ist es kosteng\u00fcnstiger Eis herzustellen, was aber auch mit einem hohen Arbeitsaufwand verbunden ist. Die Konsistenz ist meistens nicht dieselbe, aber daf\u00fcr kannst Du dein Werk so gestalten, wie es dir behagt. Zudem kannst Du Dir die Mischung sowie das Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis selber aussuchen. Des Weiteren kannst Du die verschiedensten Mischungen ausprobieren, die Du so NIE an einer Eisdiele bekommen w\u00fcrdest. Jedoch ist das Eis aus der Maschine auch ein hoher Kostenfaktor. Eine Eismaschine ist nur f\u00fcr Haushalte geeignet, die viel Eis machen und dieses auch essen wollen.<\/p>\n

Durch das benutzen einer Eismaschine ist die Herstellung von Eis viel einfacher. Die Zutaten werden lediglich vermischt und anschlie\u00dfend in die Eismaschine gegeben. Diese r\u00fchrt und k\u00fchlt die Masse gleichzeitig bis die perfekte Konsistenz erreicht ist. Dann kannst Du dein Eis richtig genie\u00dfen!<\/p>\n

Um Fruchteis ohne Maschine selber zu machen, ben\u00f6tigt man nur die Frucht an sich, Sahne und Mascarpone. Die Frucht wird p\u00fcriert und die Sahne aufgeschlagen, anschlie\u00dfend wird alles zusammen vermischt und in den Gefrierschrank gestellt. Jede halbe Stunde wird das Eis nochmals umger\u00fchrt bis es f\u00fcr Deinen Geschmack die richtige Konsistenz hat.<\/p>\n

Und f\u00fcr die Veganer unter uns gibt es auch noch M\u00f6glichkeiten das Eis ohne Sahne und Mascarpone herzustellen. Hier nimmt man auch ganz normal die Frucht selber und Statt Sahne zum Beispiel Kokosmilch und zur Bindung Kokosmehl. Die einfachste Variante ist anstatt Kokosmilch einfach Fruchtsaft herzunehmen.<\/p>\n
