Die Anwendung von Kokos\u00f6l bei der Haarw\u00e4sche kann sogar Schuppen vorbeugen und macht das Kaufen von chemischen Shampoos somit \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig. Das Ganze funktioniert folgenderma\u00dfen: Einfach bei der Haarw\u00e4sche etwas Kokos\u00f6l auf die Hand nehmen, welches dann in den Haaransatz massiert wird. Den Rest kann man dann in den L\u00e4ngen verteilen. Nach nur wenigen Minuten (etwa f\u00fcnf) Einwirkzeit kann das Kokos\u00f6l wieder aus den Haaren waschen und das gewohnte Shampoo im Anschluss verwenden.     Kokos\u00f6l zum Abschminken:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Zum Abschminken werden viele verschiedene Produkte angeboten, die ein makelloses Hautbild und Reinheit versprechen. Diese Abschminkt\u00fccher oder Cremes, enthalten \u00fcberwiegend leider Chemikalien und Parf\u00fcm. Das kann die Haut reizen. Vor allem bei sensibler Haut, sollte man auf Naturprodukte zur\u00fcckgreifen, wenn es um die K\u00f6rperpflege geht. Zum Abschminken l\u00e4sst sich das Kokos\u00f6l einwandfrei verwenden. Daf\u00fcr muss das Kokos\u00f6l erst einmal fl\u00fcssig gemacht werden, indem es in der Mikrowelle aufgew\u00e4rmt wird. Anschlie\u00dfend gibt man ein wenig davon auf seine H\u00e4nde und verteilt dies auf der Haut. Dann l\u00e4sst sich das Makeup durch massieren ganz einfach entfernen.       Kokos\u00f6l enth\u00e4lt viele antibakterielle Laurins\u00e4uren, welche dem unangenehmen Geruch entgegenwirken k\u00f6nnen. Schwei\u00dfgeruch entsteht n\u00e4mlich durch Bakterien, die sich bei hoher Temperatur zersetzten. Die Anwendung des Kokos\u00f6ls als Deo ist ganz einfach. Man l\u00e4sst etwas Kokos\u00f6l auf seinen H\u00e4nden schmelzen und tr\u00e4gt es auf die trockene Haut auf. Am besten ist die Anwendung nach dem Duschen.
